Who the hell

YOSS is a talent management tool that builds and manages on-demand workers using customized Talent Pools. Businesses can add previous talent, find new compliant candidates, and then match people to projects using an AI-powered engine. Workers can also get exclusive access to projects matched to their unique profile and they can seamlessly connect with companies that need their expertise.

 

How the hell

As much as YOSS cares about offering the best-in-class staffing platform, it cares equally about the transformation it sparks for its users. We set out to help create an inspiring visual identity that aligned with YOSS’ vision to unlock the potential of every member of the global workforce.

There was a definite need to build a strong, human-centric brand strategy that captured all of YOSS’ new brand values. I transformed the brand’s core elements and redefined the visual language through graphic shape "connectors.” To create the "connectors," I took inspiration from the segments within the YOSS logo and expanded on the concept of making flexible connections. The shapes represent the idea of connection and all the moving parts coming together.
